The Shamisen is of standard shape with a square base, thin handle and the part at the top for adjusting the strings; this is all made from red oak with the top of the base painted white as shown in the picture above. The Bachi itself is very simple in design; being purely silver in color with a blue handle, although the rim of the Bachi is razor sharp as it also dubs as a weapon in such cases as close quarters combat is unavoidable. This rim is black in colour with a wavely Hamon line.
Abilities: Used in Conjunction with the Shamisen, it is primarily used to play it both normally and with sound release and sound resonance techniques. It is also Kubo's primary and only means of close quarter's weaponary that he carries on his person.
Cost: 1,500 Ryo
Requirements: No special requirements, but it get proper use from it, requires someone from the Ongakuo clan and to be used with sound release and sound resonance. |
