This seems more like some kind of equipment than a technique, as you have to be getting this decoy from somewhere. It seems kindof like the basic clone technique (E-rank) but that’s made from chakra. So this should be some kind of equipment.

it would not be equipment, the person uses what is at hand be it a large rock or log to use as the "body" of the decoy, I suppose I hadn't been to clear, have hopefully clarified in the description

Approved, but just to clarify, upon any kind of actual inspection this would very obviously be made of sticks and rocks…
