TRAITS:
Traits are unique attributes of a character that can give them a unique edge in combat and can help them define their build in more specific ways by granting certain perks. Each character is able to begin with AT LEAST one trait depending on the chosen starting tier, and is able to gain up to 5 traits naturally, with more being obtainable through events or other unique circumstances. You may claim a trait each time you tier up to a maximum of 5 traits.
E-rank - Begin with 3 traits
D-rank - Begin with 2 traits
C-rank - Begin with 1 trait
Traits/perks granted by clans DO count towards this 5 trait maximum, but not the number of traits shown above that you get to choose.
Below is a list of available traits, this list is subject to change:
Strong: +1 to freeform strength
Agile: +1 to freeform speed
Healthy: +1 to freeform endurance
Finesse: +1 to freeform reaction time
Perceptive: +1 to freeform Genjutsu Resistance
Fitness Expert: +50 stamina
Dense Chakra: +50 chakra
Elemental: +1 BASIC Element
Prodigy: +25% EXP from all sources (Min. +1 additional XP per 250 words)
Miser: +25% Ryo from all sources
Perfectionist: +1 to technique strength [must choose a specific specialty]
Focused: +1 to technique speed [must choose a specific specialty]
Durable: +1 to technique durability [must choose a specific specialty]
Reach: +1 to technique range [must choose a specific specialty]
Unbreakable Will: Can survive past your limit for 1 post (i.e. past damage limit/chakra empty/stamina empty)
Jutsu Prodigy: -5 chakra for all D+ techniques of a particular specialty
Marathoner: -5 stamina for all D+ techniques of a particular specialty
Specialist: +1 Specialty
Sensor: Passive Chakra Sensing ranged at 50% the users chakra pool stat max in meters
Enhanced Smell: Passive scent sensing ranged at 50% the users chakra pool stat max in meters
Enhanced Hearing: Passive hearing sensing ranged at 50% the users chakra pool stat max in meters
Summoner: +1 max summons
Trainer: Start with a free Familiar/Pet
Martial Artist: +1 max fighting style
Puppeteer: +1 puppet slot
Poisoner: Allows one to make use of various poisons in your techniques and on your weapons
Booster: Allows one to surpass the +2 cap by +1 meaning you can boost a stat by up to +3.
