Name: Kamikaze 神風 (Divine Wind)

Descriptor: Gale Samurai are the wind. The skill Kamikaze proves this, the Samurai must take time to focus enough to generate the Gale Winds necessary to use such an immense skill. Once they have done so the Samurai seems to simply vanish into the wind in a large radius. Disappearing for a short period before twenty invisible blades of wind appear in a radius of twenty meters around where the samurai was standing and converging into a pressurized ball that causes a rapid decrease in oxygen whilst the opponent has to deal with dodging the wind blades. The target must be in the 10m range of the radius of the skill. The skill is centered on the samurai for a 10 meter radius. The damage is more harmful towards the edges.

Seems like Elemental Ninjutsu to me. To control the shape of an attack outside of just coating a weapon or creating "slices" of an element leads me to think it should be an Elemental nin spec.
