Appearance: Rizan is a normal looking kid who has features that don't really stand out in any way. He has black hair and ocean blue eyes that often appear to hold a happy edge, only to hide the sadness and loneliness he feels normally. His face is somewhat round as he has baby fat still since he is a child. His normal attire consists of a black robe or a blue jacket with a ragged white scarf on his neck. He usually walks with a lazy gait that shows off more of his relaxed personality. He has a seal located on his stomach that holds the nine-tails.

Personality: Relaxed, serious, reserved and enigmatic. These are four words that one may use to describe what kind of person Rizan is. He is a hard worker though and wants to become a ninja to prove to the people of the village that he isn't a waste of space or an idiot. He has usually been forced to be a loner within the village since most of the civilian populace ignore him and the shop keepers often kick him out at the slightest infractions. But this doesn't deter him because while he might be a blunt, unique individual, he is incredibly determined and hard headed.
Character History: Rizan was born to two unknown civilian parents who were quick to abandon him in a nearby orphanage. It was around this time that the elite unit of Kumogakure was sent on a special mission to capture and seal the Kyuubi that was on a rampage in a nearby town in the Land of Lightning. For this task, they needed a human sacrifice a role that was bestowed upon a days old Rizan. The battle was long and arduous, but after several hours and many lives lost, they managed to seal the beast in the young child. This singular event would go on to influence him for the rest of his life.

From as early as he could remember, the people of the village have treated him with indifference or outright displays of spite. From receiving glares on the streets to being kicked out of shops for no reason. Regardless of how they treat him though, he has vowed to do his best to prove himself to the village. While the civilian populace often has negative feelings towards him, the shinobi populace at least treats him as they would most others in his position, though he does notice some of them look at him with some tepidity for some reason.
