However, the techniques are not necessary to accomplish what you want. If you want to have them for flavor that's fine, just a heads up that you don't need them.

I assumed switching stance or hold would be Done at character character speed, and Technique speed is faster so that's the reason for these, if the change needs to happen suddenly
