Description: Using Amatsumikaboshi, the user gains access to a dimension mirrored to our own that they are able to access by opening rifts to and from that dimension using their eye. These rifts appear as though the air where the rift is opening appears to shatter like glass. The user can use this to transport themselves or others through space, but can also use it on a more physical level as well. As the world is a mirror to our own, the user is able to use it to mirror certain things, such as reversing an instance of damage through the use of a technique of the eye. Each use of the eye costs 5 points of blindness. 30 chakra to open a rift, +10 for every additional person/entity that enters it. The user is able to forcefully eject things or people from the dimension at will. Teleporting via the mirror dimension is done at technique speed, not instantly.

IMPORTANT: This is a parent technique, and is not used as a standalone beyond the transportation to and from the pocket dimension and use of this technique as transportation in the physical world. Applications of this abstract technique must be applied for using the jutsu template and then edited into this topic. They do not need to be learned beyond learning this parent technique, and are merely required to keep track of the possibilities of this highly adaptable, abstract, and versatile jutsu.

Gonna need a lot more detail in this. Particularly the bit about mirroring certain things; I do not understand the implications of that. Additionally, what is the justification for the lower chakra cost?
