Appearance: Yato is a young man of average height, with a slim, muscular build, and a fair skin tone. He has short, spiky, sandy blonde hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and bright red in color. His normal outfit consists of a black tank top and normal Shinobi pants with his tool pouch accessible from the left or right. His headband found loosely tied around his neck usually. At times he keeps bandages around his hands and arms to his elbows. As well as from his feet to his knees. At times he also keeps a spare scroll strapped next to his legs.

Personality: Yato is a team player when he needs to be, but he also has no problems with flying solo. He finds that sometimes he is able to do things faster without having to rely on any allies. When put into a leadership position he always tries to do what is best for his subordinates, taking care of them as best he can. Yato likes to engage in close-quarters combat. If he faces a stronger opponent, he usually tries to take it seriously and focus on getting through the fight. When facing an opponent of equal strength, he often tries to enjoy the battle, even if it is one among enemies, he will relish in the challenge. He dislikes fighting those weaker than himself, for the sole reason that he dislikes those who take advantage of their power over others. If he is to fight a friend, whether it is to the death or just a friendly spar, his attitude towards the fight depends on not only the situation, but the friend whom he is battling.

Character History: Birth. It is here that most stories begin, indeed it is here that ALL stories begin to some extent and this is no exception. Though, instead of focusing on the birth of this child, we will focus on the things that happened afterwards. Yes, when Yato thinks back to his first memory, it will be of the crowded view from the orphanage window. Oh? Did you think this would be a happy tale? You thought wrong. Though, not every tale that isn't happy needs to be sad or tragic. This one is simply a neutral story of how a boy grew into a man. He lived in the orphanage until he was five. When orphans turned five, if they hadn't been adopted, they were thrown out as, at that time, the village was lacking the proper funding to take care of the surplus of children born and then abandoned. Yato didn't mind it though, as he was an adventurer by nature and thus used to opportunity to become well acquainted with the streets of the village and the surrounding rainforests.

It wasn’t long after he was kicked from the orphanage that he decided to attend the ninja academy with the goal of earning a living for himself. After around five years at the academy he was able to graduate and become a fully fledged Genin. This is where his story truly begins.
