Clan History: The Zenigata clan is a monumentally well-known clan from each land, which has significant ninja villages in them. Zenigata Mercenaries were well known for completing their mercenary contracts to the letter with a sense of duty, honor, and conviction that would turn away other ninjas. In addition, the Zenigata clan is more of a family unit than a clan since every one of them traveled as Mercenaries together, trained, and invoked tolerance of others. Those who faced the Zenigata in combat throughout their long, harsh mercenary life learned to fear and respect them. Zenigata Mercenaries’ fierceness and united way of fighting made them quite dangerous opponents since they never fought alone. In addition, the Zenigata Mercenaries would hold no ill will to those they once fought and show mercy, heal them, and do everything to show they were only on that contract to keep their clan going.
The rumors of the Zenigata Mercenaries, which never had a homeland to call on their own, were why they got contracts from the other lands. The Quinsol Spearmaster, the Queira Spearmaster, the Ten Spearmen, and women who were the overall leader’s bodyguards in each contract voted with the entirety of the clan to settle down. Zenigata Hiroyuki and his wife, Yuuna, were tired of the mercenary lifestyle and wanted to raise a family together since they’d gotten closer. Also, it didn’t help that Yuuna was pregnant at the time. Therefore, their search was over since they decided to settle the clan in Konohagakure Village. The Zenigata Mercenaries were restructured into the Zenigata Clan and given more roles in their clan’s leadership structure. The Ten Bodyguards of the Quinsol Spearmaster and Quiera Spearmaster became the Ten Spear Council, which had the previous duo of leadership as the council’s leadership. They enacted the Queila position as the clan’s heiress.
The entire clan’s entirety was properly honoring the ones that ended their endless roaming by naming them the Eternal Spear and the Docile Spear. Hiroyuki and Yuuna were the first ones ever to receive the honor of making the clan a clan instead of a Mercenary unit. Still, the Zenigata Clan honors the past of the experience of being Mercenaries even though they are much more comfortable in a setting similar to other clans living in a village now. Therefore, the Zenigata clan honors everyone they have ever met as Mercenaries and harbors no ill will towards any of them. The people living in the Leaf Village would trust others so readily, but the Zenigata Clan aren’t like normal clans since they were roamers and didn’t have much of a homeland to call their own.
The Zenigata Clan has a coming of age blessing by gaining the clan’s tattoo on one’s back by your parents, though it involves what gender you are and what parent gives you the tattoo. When you gain the clan’s tattoo, you are considered an adult in their eyes, but you still have a long way to go to gain the understanding of your ancestors. Also, everyone in the clan positively looks toward Hiroyuki and his wife Yuuna as one of the few people to aspire to be. The Eternal Spear is the one who ended the clan’s wandering to join a village to live as they used to do a long time ago. His wife is called the Docile Spear since she was a tough-as-nails but gentle woman on the battlefield. She would heal anyone’s injuries because she didn’t want anyone to die on the battlefield after a skirmish between her family and anyone else.
Clan Leadership Structure:The Quinsol and Queira Spearmasters have absolute authority in the clan, but there is a clan council and an heiress. Queilas are the heiresses in the family, which signifies they are supposed to become the next Queira Spearmaster to wield the Sokuto Spear, while the Quinsol Spearmaster is believed to wield the Sketi Spear. The Queila can wield any named spear in the clan if it isn’t part of the Ascendant Highward Spears, which means they can only wield the Descendant Waywarder Spears. Ala, any law passed in the Ten Spear Council can be vetoed by the Quinsol and Queira Spearmasters if it goes against the Eternal Spear or the Docile Spear’s wishes.

The Ten Spears CouncilThe Council positions in the Ten Spears, when the Zenigata clan were Mercenaries, these ten spears served a much different role as they do now. They were bodyguards to the Quinsol and Queira Spearmasters, but now they have significantly essential to the continued survival of the clan when living in a village. Quinsto Spear Councillor and Queiva Spear Councillors are the previous Quinsol and Queira, respectively. They keep the Zenigata clan following in the footsteps of Hiroyuki Zenigata and his wife, Yuuna Zenigata. Those within the Ten Spears Council are specifically given authority over a specific clan’s sect. In contrast, the Quinsol and Queira have the power to veto or sign off on what the council came up with to help keep its reputation up among each land. No one would ever forget the Zenigata Mercenaries’ contribution to every village.
The other eight positions in the Ten Spear Council are usually for what primary or secondary profession they were in the Zenigata Mercenaries before becoming Council Members. However, now as council members, they have significantly more power than they had previously, which causes them to be able to make the Quinsol and Queira Spearmasters understand the importance of not swaying to go back to a darker time in the Zenigata Clan. Zenigata Mercenaries are taught to every child today to make sure mistakes don’t repeat like previously. When they were the Zenigata Mercenaries, they used the traders for trading for goods and services to keep themselves from starving while moving to each land looking for work.

Clan Appearance:The Zenigata Clan members have a singular significant appearance similarity on their backs, the clan’s symbol as their tattoo. These tattoos glow differently based on the Charka Element they are using, and half of them slightly glow a bright green when using Wind Chakra, or the other six spears glow a bright red, signifying Fire Chakra. In addition, all these tattoos are placed on the Clan members by their parents when they hit adulthood, which is younger than most other clans. Usually, maturity is twelve years old compared to other clans.
A significant difference between the men and women in the clan is dependent on their parent’s dominant or passive genes. Women living in the Zenigata Clan are prominent hair colors: white, super light blonde hair, or silver hair. However, the eye colors of these women are usually various shades of eye colors, but the Queila are born with purple or violet eyes. Also, those women wear more revealing clothing, but only it’s so they can use their spear dancing style Hijutsu to a point where most men are usually flustered at sight. Embarrassment is one of the critical features of adulthood in the Zenigata Clan for those who have reached it.
The Queila must wear a necklace to signify they are the clan’s heiress and the daughter of the acting Quinsol Spearmaster and his wife, the Queira Spearmaster. The necklace has the girl’s birthstone in a spear-shaped chain around the girl’s neck. Also, most heiresses are usually happy to continue the clan’s legacy of how they’ve been doing things for years. Before the Zenigata Clan found a place to call home after all the roaming among the Ninja World being contractually Mercenaries for hire to every known land’s Daimyos. It means that most, if not all, of the Queila are a bit optimistic about the future of their clan while living in Konohagakure Village.
Clan Location: Konohagakure Village, the Land of Fire
Clan’s Reputation: The Zenigata Clan has been known for being the Zenigata Mercenaries for a long time, even before the Konohagakure Village formed. The Zenigata Mercenaries’ contractual work between every land held Ninjas, including the lands that border the five great nations. They accepted it in its entirety as a Mercenary unit, and Zenigata Mercenaries completed each contract with no losses on any side, which means they were tactically well prepared on any missions, even with their use of Sojutsu.
Additionally, they were the first of many clans that adopted the use of Medical Ninjas way before they were mandatory for Ninja Villages, which is how no one lost their lives in a fight against the Zenigata Mercenaries. It showed they wanted not to cause unwanted death and destruction and were militaristic professionals in how they conducted themselves during a contract and not on a contract. Therefore, they caused no trouble for villages, towns, or Daimyos controlling their lands in every part of the Ninja world. However, when hanging out in those lands, they would help deal with bandits and the whatnot to show gratitude for being allowed to stay at a place to rest and relax.
Zenigata Mercenaries, and later Zenigata Clan members, are one of the friendliest people who never held a grudge against another clan and would come to their rescue if they wanted or needed to, which they have ever done since settling in Konohagakure. The Zenigata Clan chose Konohagakure Village over the other Villages in the Ninja World because it was well established and the very first village to do so. Mainly, it was so they could raise a family without needlessly being pushed to the brink of desperation and creating their place instead of joining a village.
Clan Hijutsu Paths:- The Spear's Path:

Zenigata’s Fighting Style, called the Spear Dancing Style, is primarily focused on what allows everyone to understand their dance in rituals or how they employ it on the battlefield. The dance is deadly, dangerous, but beautiful in how clan members can use it. Female Clan Members have a grander grasp on the fighting style because of the flexibility and the capability of being lighter on their feet. The female clan members use their quicker spear strikes and faster overall speed to usually daze and confuse their enemies. In this case, the basics are more straightforwardly learned by a female child when they hit adulthood than a male child.
However, while Female members have speed and flexibility on their side, the male clan members have the strength and overall power. In addition, it means when they combine the Path of Unity and their Fighting style, it is much more dangerous than a female clan member’s combination, but the power of Wind or Fire Chakra is still brutal.
Additionally, adult female members can wield a higher rank weapon than their male counterparts. These mature female members in the clan have to get a gifted higher, ranked weapon than a male counterpart. Gifting weapons, which will stick with the woman in question before they are given the weapon of their mother, are usually essential. The Waywarder Spears are given this treatment to new clan members who hit adulthood, meaning the latest in that portion is Zenigata Imasagi.
Overall, this path does two things, unlocks the Spear Dancing Style, the fighting style. In addition, be given a gift for their birthday before they become part of a squad in Konohagakure Village. Also, the Spear’s Path and The Unity’s Path are required to unlock the base Sojutsu/Bukijutsu called Wind Dancing Spears.
- The Unity’s Path:

It governs the balance between the two primary chakra natures of the Zenigata Clan, which are Fire and Wind Chakras. The combination of the spear’s path to unlock the full potential makes them feel in harmony with these two forces of nature. In addition, it caused them to baton spin their spears in either a clockwise or counterclockwise motion. Zenigata Clan members are born with Wind Chakra Nature or Fire Chakra nature, which will help them train baton spinning their spears in either a clockwise or counterclockwise motion to use their Sojutsu/Bukijutsu techniques.
Additionally, it governs the Zenigata Clan’s Ultimate Techniques. Wind Chakra or Fire Chakra governs the Ultimate Techniques, but it means only the Chakra element you are born with can you choose an Ultimate Technique. So far, there are only a single Wind Ultimate Technique and a Fire Ultimate Technique. Clan Members can create more Ultimate Techniques but only of their particular born Chakra Nature. However, the clan member must bring all Ultimate Techniques developed to the Quinsol Spearmaster and Queira Spearmaster to be recorded in the Book of Zenigata Techniques.
The Wind Dancing Spears is a supportive base technique since it increases the baton spinning speed of the spear in either a clockwise or counterclockwise motion. All the other Sojutsu/Bukijutsu techniques increase Jutsu Strength and Speed by one, excluding the Wind Dancing Spears. In addition, the buff to strength and speed only applies to Zenigata Clan members wielding Zenigata Clan spears, the Waywarder Spears or the Ascendant Spears. Wind Dancing Spears can only have their Technique speed increased by one if used at their maximum rank with a Zenigata Clan Member using a Zenigata Clan spear.
The Unity’s Path and the Spear’s Path are required to unlock the base Sojutsu/Bukijutsu called Wind Dancing Spears. In addition, when someone masters both the spear and the unity paths, they will gain access to the Zenigata Clan’s techniques, in which they will have to train. The Zenigata Clan members are usually taught to quickly combine both paths to make their transition into learning the Sojutsu/Bukijutsu Techniques quickly.

The Zenigata Clan were early adopters of Medical Ninja, way before Ninja Villages. Zenigata Mercenaries used Medical Ninjutsu and Medical Ninja for their Medical Determination. As its other name, Medical Determination or Medical Fearless is determined by Zenigata clan members that show a certain gentleness and kindness on the battlefield to everyone. No one would be discriminated against, even if you were an opponent that fought the Zenigata Clan in a tough battle. The Clan’s Culture has been for generations since the Zenigata Mercenaries would instead help others after completing their contract and escort those individuals back to their homes and family alive. Instead of showing cruelty as what happens in war or otherwise.
The Zenigata Clan uses Medical Jutsu to heal the injured much quicker than other medical ninjas. They determine the injuries, how they obtain the injuries, and the best way to treat them and all the while, healing them with gentle touch like a mother since most clan members who choose the profession of Medical Ninja are women. These women have a strong sense of wanting to be beside others through their times of roughness or injury. However, Male Clan Members can usually become Medical ninjas. Still, those ninjas have a specific perfectionist determination in healing others than the gentleness and kindness that a female clan member would give.
The Medical Ninjutsu used by Zenigata Clan members of both genders is specifically super effective and helps others heal faster. In addition, the Zenigata Clan has two specific Medical Ninjutsu that is different from the normal Medical Ninjutsu. Those two Medical Ninjutsu has been passed down from multiple generations within the clan. Those other staples of Medical Ninjutsu that aren’t explicitly tied to the Zenigata Clan are much more robust in the hands of the Zenigata Clan.
Zenigata Clan Members who are medical ninjas get taxed heavily for the use of their medical ninjutsu, more so than fighting with their particular fighting style. In addition, there has been a singular Docile Spear or Master Medical Ninja in the Clan. Still, if the Quinsol Spearmaster and the Queira Spearmaster Daughter decided to try to reach for that, in essence, they would become the second Docile Spear ever to grace the clan with a potent healer.
- Medical Ninja Capabilities /w Medical Ninjutsu:
The Master through Novice Ranked Medical Ninja in the Zenigata Clan is tied to specifically using their abilities to passive heal others rather than boosting standard medical jutsu techniques. It is why the rarity of becoming a Master Medical Ninja is so hard in the Zenigata Clan, compared to other methods of becoming legendary in name only. Zenigata Yuuna was one of the most prodigal medical ninjas in the Zenigata Mercenaries before they decided to pick to settle in the Konohagakure Village.
Master Medical Ninja [S-Rank]: A Master Medical Ninja in the Zenigata Clan is rare in the clan, but they are usually sought after by anyone who needs their expertise in Medical Ninjutsu when it does happen. The Title of becoming a Master Medical Ninja is classified as the Docile Spear. They can heal any injury in less than three posts.
Expert Medical Ninja [A-Rank]: A Expert Medical Ninja in the Zenigata Clan is much more common than a Master Ranked Medical Ninja. They are as sought after by others in other clans. All because of their tendency not to give up on who they are charged with healing. The Title of becoming an Expert Medical Ninja is classified as the Vehement Spear. They can heal any injury in less than four posts.
Veteran Medical Ninja [B-Rank]: A Veteran Medical Ninja in the Zenigata Clan is the most common skill level for most, if not all, clan members. They aren’t as sought after by others in other clans or villages, but they have the same gentleness, kindness, or perfectionist determination. The Title of becoming a Veteran Medical Ninja is classified as Makai Spear. They can heal any injury in less than five posts.
Skilled Medical Ninja [C-Rank]: A Skilled Medical Ninja in the Zenigata Clan is the next rank from Novice but below Veteran Medical Ninja. They have a much better grasp of all the different types of Medical Ninjutsu and what would work better for each one. Also, they will make sure they will make a name for themselves later in their life when they become a Veteran Medical Ninja. The Title of becoming a Skilled Medical Ninja is classified as Daeira Spear. They can heal any injury in less than six posts.
Novice Medical Ninja [D-Rank]: A Novice Medical Ninja in the Zenigata Clan is the starting rank in your trek to become a Medical Ninja. They take a longer time on usually everything since they are learning from Medical Ninjas who have much more experience than them. The Title of becoming a Novice Medical Ninja is classified as Leirhada Spear. They can heal any injury in less than seven posts. Non-Life-Threatening Injuries take up to four posts, but that’s only for the Leirhada Spears, only because a higher-ranked Medical Ninja observes them.
Clan Bonuses:Wind and Fire, unity: The Zenigata Clan has unity, including their Chakra Elements. In addition, it means Zenigata clan members can choose either Wind Chakra or Fire Chakra at character creation for free. Wind Chakra for the Wind Chakra Spear Dancing Style Bukijutsu or Fire Chakra for the Fire Chakra Spear Dancing Style Bukijutsu.
