Description: The user rapidly spins their spear in a clockwise motion to imbue their spear with Wind Elemental Chakra from themselves to their spear. When the entirety of the spear is glowing in a green aura, which is purely Wind Elemental Chakra. They will be able to form a Deluxe Barrier of Wind Elemental Chakra directly in front of them, deflect any projectile-based attack or elemental ninjutsu that is weak to Wind Elemental Chakra. In addition, the Wind Elemental Chakra membrane is doubled up on from the previous Spinning Spear Wind Barrier, but it is still weaker than more specialized Barrier Ninjutsu since it requires the user to keep spinning their spear clockwise.
