Gale Samurai can create small and damaging tornado by surrounding their blades in wind and then rotating it quickly. Because of the chaotic nature of tornadoes, the actual path can vary as it slices and moves away from the Samurai. The tornado lasts as long as it is sustained. The tornado is 1x1x1m but the violent winds extend another half meter. Yasuo's Steel Tempest Third Attack.
