By surrounding their weapon in a water construct that seems to flow outwards from the blade, the Samurai can reflect images off the water in order to confuse opponents while swinging from a different direction or even reflecting the sun towards the eyes of their opponent. This is entirely visual, and most water elemental users would know they were looking at a reflection. Also known as obscuring vision with water, or using a reflection on a glossy surface.

We're fine with reflecting light into people's eyes, but full-on mirages sounds like Ninjutsu (like base Clone Technique) or Genjutsu (illusions)

I don't think adding that last sentence really helps, because a mirage using a sword and water still doesn't sit will with me.

its not a mirage, its throwing water up and casting a reflection.

This is missing the Element listing from the template. It sounds like it should have Water Element. Add that in and good to go
