Description: A generic Looking Cane, with a sword in it.
Equipment Ability:
Rather bland, the blade does not cut, until it returns to the sheathe. This means that if it were to slash at someone, the blade, against organic matter is completely immaterial. When the blade is fully returned to the sheathe, all damage inflicted to organic matter is immediately slashed at the the location it traveled through organic matter.
It also reduces the cost of Shunpo, and Utsusemi and their derived jutsu by 1 rank since it was created to harmonize with enhanced movements by stimulating muscle constrictions. This also works on the ninja equivalent as the blade was created as a flight or fight response to situations.

For the first ability, we can't really tell what this means. Could you reword it?

For the second, we'd like a bit more explanation for how a sword would augment a seemingly unrelated technique. We aren't against it, just need some depth.

The second part of the ability is fine, though it cannot reduce any technique cost to lower than E-rank cost.

The first part still doesn't make sense to me. I think I understand the effect you are going for but am unsure as to how it works on the blade. HOW does the blade travel through things only to cut them once it is sheathed? I'd probably be fine with this if its specified that this only can affect those ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY "touched" by the blade and then it must be "sheathed" in the same post for this ability to work.
