Brief Personality: Elder Rojorai is a man known to do what he thinks is necessary.  He is extremely powerful and his family extremely rich - the most rich in the Land of Fire, by far.  He holds court with the Daimyo, and a position of great power and influence in the Daimyo's court.  He is untouchable.  He leads The Root, and for those who know of Root's existence (PCs do NOT know of its existence), know that he has ordered genocide, assassination, and framing of crimes to put himself on top, and to do what he perceives as best for the village.  Those who know him knows he has an agenda - they do not know what.
