How much is a "dose"? How much area can it cover? Also convening with Kosuke to find out if this would require a specific specialty.

Came to a decision on this. It's going to have to require a Bukijutsu Specialty, with the logic being that it's not just a "plug and play" kind of deal. It requires know-how to actually be able to trigger it effectively and direct it the way you want to.
