| Name: Senko 閃光 (Flash) Rank: C Type: Kenjutsu Element: Lightning Descriptor: By focusing some of their Raiton chakra to the tip of their blade, samurai are capable of producing a bright flash capable of blinding enemies. The flash is so bright that, even in broad daylight, those caught looking in the direction of their blade are still going to endure the effect. The Samurai may keep the flashes going to reduce visibility by strobing them like a light. It lasts 1 post and is basically solar flare. Requirements: Samurai Clan Iaido Sabre Technique
