Appearance: In incredibly short terms; Tatsuo is a blonde kid who's pretty average.

In more specific terms; he's a decently sized kid who's skillset doesn't particularly allow him to build up a bunch of muscle. Someone who often spends more time focusing on blocking out varying stimuli; Tatsuo doesn't like building a bunch of physical strength. Not only is he young; he's always hated athletics. Never the type to run around the academy; nor actively do exercise, Tatsuo has the somewhat spindly build to go with it.

When it comes to clothing; he wears mostly loose clothing with varying color schemes. He's not very picky; so long as it doesn't bother him.

Personality: Tatsuo's personality is quite warped from his senses being so keen. Due to his habit of overhearing; not out of want mind you, he's gotten into a lot of trouble with his parents over the years. It's not exactly gotten him to be an anti-social fellow, but it's not done wonders for his willingness to move forward in social situations. Tatsuo has to be pretty confident in a conversation going right for him to actively start it, but that's where his hearing comes into play. After all; people never expect you to be listening from twenty-odd feet away.

Still, though. Even with his habits of eavesdropping through circumstance, he's not one to say that he's been doing so. That's the one way that Tatsuo's parents have actually gotten to him. He'll keep secret about the secrets that he'll have learned. This ability to sense chakra passively has also made him...very aware of the headcount in any room he's in. After all; it's how he figured out his parents would be coming to his room!

Something that he's noticed as of late; much to his chagrin, is that he's gay. Tatsuo hasn't really disclosed this to his parents; on the front that they really want grandkids. He doesn't really love the idea of having that conversation.

Character History:Tatsuo has had a lot of advantages in his life. Most of which involve having a lot of money from youth due to being from a family of ninja. Not very highly ranked ninja, but they never had money problems. This is also how they figured out his talent; considering he could tell his Chunnin parents were coming down the hall.

Insofar as why he's in the academy at his age; it's because he was supposed to graduated last year. However; he had a really nasty case of sensory overload when it came down to that final test and was straight-up held back. This is because if you get sensory overload in the field; you can get your team outright killed. Tatsuo had no issue with being held back, mind you. He agreed. It gave him a lot of time to figure out exactly how to use his sensory abilities.

He hasn't actually trained in any sensory ninjutsu; he's really just a kid with really good senses and a decent chakra bank. Combined; he's actually a really really good seedingly for a non-combat ninja. That's what the teachers have put on his report card; so long as he can get past this little...issue of getting overwhelmed on occasion.
