The Lax and Ambitious (Private)

Talic would lead the way for Tatsuo and himself to the training yard, which happens to be a very popular spot due to the up coming graduation ceremonies everyone is trying to make sure they can pass the jutsu testing.

As for on the walk over Talic continues to ramble in his excitement.

"I normally come here on my own after class lets out, and it turns into me training on my own once people in that yard realize I'm there." Stopping to breathe "It may seem a bit crowded at first, but give it a couple minutes and most will move to a new training yard since people are scared of the tailed best coming out from over exhaustion."

Talic hasn't lost the grin on his face yet since making friends has been slightly difficult for him since becoming the Jinchuriki. People have no issue talking to him and accepting his help, but as for actually getting close...most just try and brush on their own way.

Arriving at the gate to the training yards Talic's grin drops as he heads in to number 8 the furthest to the back from the village.

The ninja in charge of checking in students smiles at Talic. "Off to do today's training Talic? If you keep going to 8 we might have to name it after you some day!" The Ninja lets out a laugh as he waves them on.

Tatsuo would lazily follow; staying a few steps behind. After all; while he had some things to train, what he lacked was a graduation certificate not formal training.  Formal training, for the most part as it is, was just more annoying than anything. After all; most of the learning materials he had access too was....elementary. Literally! Just mostly academy stuff.

Tatsuo had an idea of what he needed to train, though. It wasn't anything special, and he absolutely wasn't in the gear to train it in. Does that particularly matter? No, as Tatsuo was fairly sure he needed to learn how to do some spinning kicks in sandals. After all; how else could he get away with wearing them everywhere?

Tatsuo would simply listen on the way over; stopping the two odd steps behind as the kid would do all sorts of talking about some pretty depressing stuff. Not that it seemed to bother Talic; which was good. Having someone bothered by this much tragedy would be horrified when they had to fight in the future. Especially with a tailed beast inside you; which is something that Tatsuo did not envy. Not in the slightest.

Tatsuo was pretty confident that he'd crumble if he had a Bijuu stuck inside of him. Thereby, he was rather proud of Talic despite only having a total of like....five minutes of conversation with the kid.

The two would arrive in short fashion; to which Tatsuo would keep his low profile until the two would arrive to the training location proper.

"What do you even plan on training? I need to brush up on my taijutsu before the whole exam; what's it that you need to train up?" Tatsuo would ask, truly trying to make conversation.

Talic walking into the training yard with Tatsuo keeping paced behind him, but not the paced far enough behind him that he could play it off as not knowing him or just happening to go the same way.

As Talic had predicted there were a handful of people in this yard until he walked in and moved over to his usual corner; at this point it became a waiting game until it was just the two of them when Tatsuo asked what exactly Talic planned on doing with his time.

"Training up on everything tested mainly. I already have a good grasp on it all fundamentally, it's just going to come down to doing it until I don't have to think as hard." Tossing a small bag of school supplies onto a bench and clearing his throat. "We checked in around 12:30 and I don't really have to be anywhere today so it can easily turn in to me going until I can't anymore. The ninja at the check-in has a shift change at around midnight to keep an eye on those who choose to have a midnight spar. Talic noticing he is rambling again quickly stops and refocuses himself.

Talic begins to move to an open are to begin cycling and moving his chakra around.

"I'm going to start with the clone technique and work my way up." as he finishes his sentence the last hand sign was done.

To Talic's pleasant surprise listening to the Sensei actually made this easy! A perfect clone stands next to him until dispersed. He then does it again without delay to keep this feeling allowing him to do so once more. Talic repeats this process a couple times before stopping and looking towards Tatsuo as he almost forgot that he had a companion this time.

"I guess studying has it's perks! I bet you could do all of this easily!"

Training Clone Technique [TWC=327/250] [Thread Count=570]

Insofar as specific taijutsu; Tatsuo had no actual idea of what he wanted to train. He'd go through his options while Talic would ramble on about something or other. The exact thing that he had some concepts on would make him look like an absolute fool if he messed them up. Then again; so did just sitting around doing his normal sensory stuff.

It took Tatsuo all of about three minutes once Talic would start talking. Talic, to his credit, did the clone technique spectacularly. Talic was also correct in assuming that Tatsuo could do the jutsu like the back of his hand. Not that it was a particularly challenging jutsu. One had to know, Tatsuo had a two year advantage on Talic. Thus, Tatsuo knowing all the groundwork jutsus was obvious.

Stepping back once Talic finished talking; Tatsuo would say a singular thing.

"I sure could; but two years is a distance to cross. I'm sure you'll be better than me when you hit my age." Tatsuo would say, chuckling. Now was going to be the far less fun part.

Tatsuo then shifts his stance and throws out a kick. It was slow and awkward; and his sandal would fly off towards a wall thankfully hitting no one. This, of course, would disgruntle the youthful sensory ninja almost immediately. Who would do a pseudo-limp on over to his sandal before putting it back on. Tatsuo was far too busy being salty about the sandal flying off to realize how absolutely foolish he looked.

Talic having just set up dummies and logs to begin using the body replacement jutsu notices Tatsuo's sandal go flying over to the fence he drops to the floor and begins laughing.

"If you angle your toes you might save the fence!" he tries to stifle his laughter as he stands back up, and begins doing some quick hand signs and looking towards the logs he had set up previously.

Talic finishes the sign input and is quickly surrounded by smoke and a training dummy falls where he was once standing.

"Well...right idea just the wrong target! Making good progress though!" Talic say chuckling after realizing he was in line with the dummies and not the logs he wanted originally.

Quickly going through the signs once more switching places with the dummy he had just switched with before. Standing there triumphantly he has a grin from ear to ear.

"Right lets keep this momentum going then!"  Talic will begin doing the jutsu down the line of things he had set up from log to dummy, and then dummy to log. Eventually becoming confident enough he begins targeting at random and finally stopping where he had originally started.

Talic standing there with about a dozen strewn about logs and dummies suddenly grabbing the side of his head and dropping to a crouched position and breaking to a cold sweat.

In a panicked cold voice unusual to his previously cheerful tone. "N-no you can't do this you can't keep trying to ruin my training! I've worked to hard to come this far!" Talic bolts up right looking towards the now setting sun. A new voice comes over in a tone that could make a jounin's blood run cold. "Huhuhuhu- Yes that's right runt one day I'll crush you and this pathetic village you want to protect so badly."

In a silence that seemed to run forever was only broken by Talic reeling his arm up and slamming a fist into the side of his head.and sending himself to the ground face first.

Talic slowly unfolds himself from the ground as to be back on his knees leaning back looking towards the red sky with tears streaming down his face. Mainly due to one his head hurts now, and two...he couldn't stop the one tails completely this time.

"No-no-no..." He begins gasping for air in between sobs and saying no. "I finally made a friend and the One Tail does this!" Closing his eyes and lower his head to the ground in a very deep bow. "I Talic Jishaku, apologize that you had to see this Tatsuo, and I understand if you don't want to be around anymore." Talic's voice cracking when he said Tatsou's name.

Feeling defeated he will keep his head on the ground a little longer it hid his tears better this way since he is absolutely certain he is losing his new friend.


Training Body Replacement Technique   [TWC=500/250] [Thread Count=1,070]

Tatsuo had start some simple other taijutsu techniques; as he both got clowned by and watched Talic absolutely prosper. Maybe not exactly how the kid wanted, but Tatsuo liked what he saw. The hard working kid was just going for it; and Tatsuo would sorta just stand to the side and watch. After all; he really didn't have any want to train taijutsu; and theoretically having a jinchuriki that worked hard would make the Sand prosper!

This was, of course, until the chakra the kid was producing turned over into some far more menacing. Sure, Tatsuo's heart was chilled but was in no way confused. That was the other guy.

Sure; a chill went down Tatsuo's spine as he was threatened by that beast. Well, everyone was. Tatsuo wouldn't even bother responding.  What was the point when the other party was so openly hostile when they're not even in control of the ship?

Tatsuo would simply stare at the kid until a rather strange situation would happen. The one actually in charge would knock the ever-living shit out of himself. Now that got a reaction from Tatsuo; who had to restrain a chuckle. Now; while Talic had the absolute worst for of guilt or whatever this crying was about, Tatsuo had to figure out quite out to respond.

This was on brand for befriending a jinchuricki, right?

"I gotta be honest; I about had to buy new underwear when that mean fellow came out. Good news though, other than his outright menacing intent, I can sense the difference in your chakras anyway. His is far angrier and just overall a terrible time to be around. You though, you've even apologized for something completely out of your control. Don't worry about it; this is what I've signed up for isn't it?" Tatsuo would say, shrugging and hoping that the other child wouldn't notice his shaking knees and sweaty forehead.

Talic's fore head begins to raise from the ground with tear streaked dust covered face. Almost as if a million pounds had been lifted off his shoulders. He sits up right the rest of the way wiping dust and tears from his eyes only worried about whether or not he had scared his new friend.

He opens his mouth to speak only to find that no words were to come out. Placing a hand on his throat he coughs and shifts to his knee to begin standing.

"When the beast was sealed Grandma had the seal done as tight as it could be done." Talic says lifting his under mesh to see the state of his seal. Only to find that the strain done throughout the last couple months of training had finally caught up leading to a slight shift in the points. Taking on a worried look and placing his hand on the seal trying to cover it. With a shaky worn voice. "Wou-would you like to get something to eat?"

Talic now shifting to his feet and dusting his pants and shirt off looking towards Tatsuo. Seeing his knees with a slight shake and drops of sweat Talic knew he was putting a face on and decides not to push on it. If Tatsuo is willing to put up with the One Tail there was nothing to push. He didn't run away screaming, nor did he encourage One Tail by arguing with it.

Finally being able to move and look around without feeling like the world is spinning and crashing around him he finally breaks the deathly silence of the evening training yard by busting out into a laughter. Why laugh? It's simple he was just sick of crying and wanted Tatsuo to get that worried look off his face.

Talic pointing towards the gate of the training yards. "I bet you've never seen so many high ranking ninja in one spot!" Talic knowing that his training is never unreported to the kage in the case an incident like this were to happen. It's one of the main reason there is a ninja keeping track of who goes in and out.

At this time a handful of masked ninja would make themselves known and move forward. "Talic, The Kazekage wishes to speak with you and-" The individual looks towards Tatsuo. "You as well" The Ninja takes a step back and hands Talic a towel and a small bag.

The Ninja then makes motions towards the other and one by one they begins to vanish just as they had appeared, but stopping to say one more thing. "She also said to get dinner and stop pushing so hard." Jumping onto the fence and making a light wave gesture to Tatsuo. "Clean your self up before going to the restaurant, and be sure to treat your friend while your at it." Just like that the Masked ninja would vanish with the breeze.

Talic would clean his face off and wipe his arms down to his legs. "So...my treat?" Talic would hold the bag up to Tatsuo.

Tatsuo saw Talic look like he had seen God in the last three seconds after he was told that it wasn't his fault. Not only that, Talic would seemingly start dying. Tatsuo didn't really mind this, but realized that he'd have a lot of work to when it came to making this kid worthy of being not only a Kage; but a right proper tailed beast holder. Not that Tatsuo wasn't against this amount of work, after all, that just meant that he got to be immensely close to one of the most important people in this village. When it came down it; where were absolutely no negatives when it came down to this whole thing.

In response to being asked if was willing to have a bit to eat, a simple head nod would be all that was found from Tatsuo. After all, there was no reason to overcomplicate things. Frankly, Tatsuo was concerned anything more might make Talic burst out crying again.

Of course; when the kid decided to laugh it made Tatsuo breath a slight sigh of relief. Tatsuo might know when that Angry Tailed Beast is around and about but that meant nothing in handling Talic himself. Tatsuo had been twelve once. Tatsuo was also far too generally perceptive to be crying. After all; he had already figured out most of what his parents wanted for him from hushed conversations that they thought he didn't pick up on. After all, Tatsuo wasn't exactly perfectly honest about the range of his perceptive ability.

Tatsuo would feel the spike in amount of chakras as they'd walk towards the gate of the training yard.

Tatsuo wasn't exactly surprised that someone like Talic could get a coversation with the Kazekage; but Tatsuo himself? Tatsuo had no inferoity complex, and had assumed he'd meet her down the line. But right now; when he was in casual wear and sandals? That...wasn't a great thing. Tatsuo's parents would tear him a new one if that happened.

Of course, those masked fellows would vanish from his perception just as quickly as they appeared; which annoyed Tatsuo.

It was only once Talic would ask about treating him, that Tatsuo would respond in real words this time.

"I guess. I'd be lying if I said that what just happened wasn't a lot to take in, but hardly the scariest experience in the last five minutes." Tatsuo would say, grabbing the bag and looking inside.

Tatsuo opening the bag sees a pile of ryo and a note that says from grandma with a heart. Talic jumping forward and grabbing the note before Tatsuo can hoping that the pile of ryo would distract him.

Quickly fumbling back with the note in hand fixing his footing and straightening his hair back before unfolding the note to read it's contents. "Talic dear, please come by the Kage Tower with your friend! Be sure to stop and eat something first; the ryo in the bag should be plenty to cover you both. Enjoy Deary!" Talic folding the note over and stuffing it in his pocket.

"Grandma said we can go eat fir- I mean the Kage..." Talic knows that people know they are related but still he tries to keep the personal and work titles separate. "We can get food, and make a pit stop at your place if you need to change."

Talic moves over to the bench he had placed his bag at the start of this training session. Picking it up and slinging it over his shoulder onto his back.

"I really like the bbq restaurant on main street...I don't get to go very often and when I do it's usually alone...So are you ready for a little foot work?" Talic has a bright smile now almost like nothing ever happen with the One Tail or Masked Ninja. Walking closer to the gate as to lead the way to the best spot in the village.

Tatsuo would watch Talic yoink back the note. The money was col and all, but it wasn't anything that Tatsuo hadn't seen before. He did find it extraordinarily funny that Talic was so shy about notes from his grandmother. They were family, after all. Why was it so embarrassing that he'd get a note from her?  Tatsuo would never understand, though maybe it was a privacy thing? Still, though, Tatsuo would never understand. Tatsuo didn't quite understand privacy; mainly because he unintentionally takes it away from others.

Still, though. He found the relationship that Talic and his grandmother shared quite charming. After all; Tatsuo didn't really share such a relationship with his parents nor grandparents on the whole basis of them having to be 40 meters away about for him not to hear them. Not to mention; he can tell when people are having a discussion; it's not a particularly rough time but just annoyance for Tatsuo most of the time.

"I do like me some bbq; even if those scents are a little strong sometimes. Still; it tastes so good." Tatsuo would say, before letting out a laugh. After all; Talic was certainly an interesting guy all things considered.

Tatsuo would simply relax and shrug. After all; what's the worse that could happen? There was high-level ninja always following this kid anyway; most of whom had equipment which messed with Tatsuo's ability to sense them. Tatsuo wanted to find ways around it; but he'd have to find said ways later.

"Say; what's it like?" Tatsuo would start asking something, but rescind his question before it's even asked. Leaving a far more ominous, open-ended question.

Talic stopping and giving Tatsuo a blank stare as he thinks on his question. "What's it like...hmmm" He would then place a hand on the side of his head wincing a little cause it's still a tad bit sore. "I mean the bbq is really good...it's sweet and juicy..." Trailing off before coming to a realization zoning himself back in. "Ah you weren't talking about the food..."

Talic beginning to move down the gravel pathway motioning for Tatsuo to follow.
"Being watched all the time is a little rough...it grows on you I guess." Passing the check-in desk waving at the ninja. "G'night Jeff...sorry for the stress." Talic having a slight frown as he continues down the path onto the main strip.

"Having a Tailed beast is hard...and I know people avoid me because it, but if I get sad and stop helping people because of that."  Talic stops and turns to Tatsuo with the start of tears coming down. "Doesn't that mean the One Tail wins?"

There are still people on the streets and there are few who over hear the conversation that were trying to keep their distance from Talic. Tatsuo and his enhanced senses would naturally be able to hear peoples tones shift and have a more empathetic opinion.

"If the Tailed Beast wins then the sand is in danger..Grandma and everyone I care about...I can't let it win!" Talic wiping his face once more and making a big obviously forced smile.

"Lets get some dinner!" Talic turns back around and has a more brisk pace for food now. Is this due to embarrassment or maybe his stomach told him to stop wasting time.

Tatsuo hadn't...actually meant it like that. Tatsuo admired that Talic wore his entire being on his sleeve, and arguably half of his beasts too. Tatsuo didn't particularly have any issue being open; it was more just a matter of not needing to. After all; he didn't need to spill his secrets when everyone else did.

Annd the Kid was crying again. The tailed beast threatening to kill him? Fine, it's alright. But this whole crying thing was making Tatsuo regret his choices. Now, Tatsuo wasn't heartless. He knew that he hadn't given Talic the whole question; so it was a far more open question which was answered just fine.

Tatsuo would then wait until the child would say stuff about dinner. Tatsuo, of course, could sense the tone shift and so on. That didn't particularly matter to him at the time; people would always flipflop about someone like Talic. Tatsuo knew this, even was this. Tatsuo had no shame about it either; after all. Opinions only came with experience, of which he planned on getting much of. If one can have a surplus of experience and information, it allows one to make a perfect choice.

That was why Tatsuo had taken so long to approach Talic, after all. Not because he feared that Talic was dangerous, that was a given. No, to see his work ethic. To see if Talic had gotten the tailed beast through nepotism, instead of being an actual good canidate. Thankfully; it was the second and not the first. At least, that was Tatsuo's first impression.

"That- Yknow what? Yeah, let's go get some dinner."

Talic moving briskly down the evening street glancing over his shoulder to make sure he hadn't lost Tatsuo. Passing by the many winding alleyways where various beggers can be seen. Talic knows the village is in a rough spot...that's why he helps so much, but unfortunately he can only do so much on his own as an academy student.

Oddly enough the walk to Talic isn't very talkative he has so much going through his mind right now. Yeah having people watch over him was always a "normal" thing...if something were to go wrong how else would people respond in time? Now that he has a friend he can't figure out what seems right now. What if he gets put onto a ninja team and hurts someone important? Talic shakes himself back when the sent of the restaurant hits him and just like usual shoving the bad thoughts in a box to deal with later.

"Smells like they have the grills fired up already." Talic's mouth begins to water slightly. "Normally it's a bento box with dried meats this is exciting!" The Talic showing negative emotion and sadness seemed to disappear as the duo approaches the front of the restaurant.

Approaching the woman at the front motioning for a table for two. She smiles and begins leading the duo to a grill with the fire already lit. "Talic it's good to see you finally making friends! Pa will get everything ready for ya okay?"

Talic nodding with a big smile. "Anything extra you want go for it grandma gave me plenty to cover it." Talic smiling towards Tatsuo as he finishes his sentence.

Tatsuo did sort of want to help the beggars and mugged individual; but he was not yet strong enough. Getting into it with trained thieves, while he'd likely wing physically, it was about the mental game. Thieves and such were much more likely to commit to any escape route; even that involved stabbing the person trying to do the saving. After all, stabbing a person meant they were generally more concerned with the stab wound than you.

Tatsuo smelt the grills far before Talic would've but Tatsuo would make no exclamation about them. After all; he often smelled things like this walking in this part of town. Always smelling nice; but Tatsuo was well acquainted with not making his wants known. After all; even with their money, Tatsuo would feel guilty if he asked and got everything he wanted.

Tatsuo would put his hands into his pockets upon arriving, letting out a sort of...relieved sigh. Tatsuo, at least so far, did enjoy the company of Talic. It was just so often stressful and not even because of the tailed beast inside the kid. They were just an emotional twelve year old; which drained on the 14 year old Tatsuo.

Once they'd arrive inside; he'd nod at hte lady that would lead them to one of the grills that were already lit. Tatsuo would only now speak; considering enough having been done.

"I just plan on having a little here and there, nothing too crazy. You should eat more, though. You're feeding two, aren't you?" Tatsuo would say, snickering.

Talic sitting along the grill waiting for the ingredients to be brought out. "I don't really know how to do the small talk thing...so...what kept you in the academy longer than needed? You seem to have everything down really well." Talic hoping he didn't hit any sensitive topics.

At this time A bigger muscular man would come out carrying out a pot full of thin cut beef and pork placing them in the center to begin warming while placing A handful of oils and sauces on the wooden lip of the grill. "Finally growing up on us huh Talic? About time you start filling up some of the table for how much you do around here!" He finishes his sentence as he plops a huge pile of noodles and begins mixing various oils sauces and eggs in. Soon the mountainous abomination of noodle becomes a glorious pile of golden noodles.

"Haha slow down boys your meal will be ready soon! The man continues his art and quickly finishes up and takes a step back. "Haha here we are! Everything should be ready now, so how about you two dig in!"

Talic suddenly getting the realization of Tatsuo's comment he begins grinning. "Your right I do have to eat for two!" Bringing his sticks over to the pot of meat. "So you shouldn't mind if I eat your share too then right?" Talic having a mischievous grin.

Tatsuo had no particular issue explaining his previous issue with Talic; but they'd soon be interrupted by  a rather large man. Tatsuo knew the guy, but had absolutely no chance to say anything while an absolute abomination of noodles became good-looking and good-smelling. Tatsuo had absolutely no issues with the food in front of them, though.

Talic would start grinning like a maniac; at which point Tatsuo felt the need to doublecheck who was talking. No, there wasn't any murderous intent. Apparently, Talic had a different fashion of happy emotion other than crying. This was good information; as it made guessing when the kid was happy far easier. Tatsuo could not be bothered to gamble if those emotional tears were good, bad, or inbetween.

Tatsuo would then hear Talic cheekily suggest that he eat Tatsuo's share.

"If you really want, you could." Tatsuo would say, playing up a false-cold front. "Either way; I got held back because I got sensory overload in the final exam. Nothing to be ashamed of, considering my senses." Frankly, the fact that Tatsuo was able to sit in this place and just sort of relax should be telling enough that he's improved much since then.

Talic listening to Tatsuo's responses to his questions would nod and smile. Sure he new Tatsuo didn't mean eat all the food! After all what kind of treat would that be...watching the One Tail Jinchuriki eating? Yeah great treat...This wouldn't stop Talic from swiping five cuts of beef onto his side of the grill and inhaling more noodles than what really should have been able to fit in his mouth.

Taking a big gulp and patting his chest a couple times Talic gives a thumbs up in the general direction of the Muscle Man behind the counter. "Haha, Come on now Talic don't forget to breathe now!" The man comes around with a couple low rim cups and a pitcher of water. "I have a feeling you may be needing this in a bit." Placing them down on the wooden lip where the oils and sauce had sat before.

Talic folding two of the meats over and scarfing more down with a stop to clear it up with some water. Then Finally stopping to breath for a minute and looking towards Tatsuo. "I don't think I could it for three people...two probably...a tailed beast it's kinda big...so maybe?" Taking the last two pieces he had set down before eating them at the same time in a triumphant chomp. "I mean...I kinda remember what it looks like? I was eight when I saw it last...it could probably put away some bbq...and all the noodles."

Talic stretches back a bit to adjust after all there is still a mountain of food in front of him and Tatsuo has hardly eaten yet. "I think if we both eat for two people we can get through all the food." Talic letting out a light groan as he leans forward to get another pile of noodles ready for his beastly stomach. After all he still has plenty of room for more if Tatsuo decides he only wants to eat for maybe half a tailed beast.

Tatsuo would watch Talic start swiping things right away with impressive speed. Tatsuo would more or less wait for Talic to do what he was doing, before grabbing a couple pieces of meat and noodles here or there. Tatsuo wasn't particularly hungry, but could certainly eat.  

This, of course, would be interrupted by a rather large man built primarily of muscle sort of...just boisterously walk over with a pitcher of water and some cups. Tatsuo was, of course, appreciative. It was much harder to say so when you lacked the force of personality the larger fellow did.

Tatsuo was genuinely impressed with Talic's ability to scarf down food. It wasn't supernatural, yet, but it was certainly more than Tatsuo had ever done so. Then again, Tatsuo never ate so voraciously. His biggest meal was more a bowl of smaller noodles and a small side-dish at best. Certainly not this...whole event of a meal.

Tatsuo would respond after the noodles comment. "Go ahead."

Tatsuo would then sort of just watch as the younger man devoured the food.

"I'll be fine with eating bits and pieces; you go ahead and eat to your hearts content." Tatsuo would say. Tatsuo would, however, not wish to ever be the opponent of Talic in an eating competition.

Talic continuing to inhale food and nod to Tatsuo as he tells him to eat to his hearts content. "We should probably get ready to head out with it being so late...grandma might be getting worried..." Talic somehow managing to talk in between taking massive bites of noodles and still managing to show a frown.

He slurps in the last bit of his current sting of noodle-y goodness then leans back and lets out a sigh. "I- Talic letting out a burp and patting his chest. "Well...thank you for spending the day with me. I know it probably wasn't the easiest thing in the world with the one tail...being the one tail"

Talic would pour another glass of water as he speaks. "We could probably meet at the tower early in the morning since it got so late? Grandma shouldn't get upset...at least I hope she doesn't."  Talic thinking back to the letter. "We should be fine...it was her idea to get food first anyway."

Talic taking a drink and looking at Tatsuo now being content with a full stomach. "I don't eat this much normally...coming here is usually a special occasion so eating my fill is much more enjoyable." Talic getting a slight frown as many different thoughts cross his mind.

"Tatsuo...do you think passing the graduation test is doable..." Talic thinking about the training he did today...it wasn't a lot yet it was still enough to cause an outburst...sure the training he had done throughout the month had stacked up. This is something he is going to have to work on if he will be a ninja... "I don't want the genin graduation to become a panic festival...I like my class and I want them all to become outstanding ninja." Talic taking another drink. "I worry about hurting people when I become a ninja...what if I can't get the one tail under control by then?" Talic holding his emotions back and taking a drink of water since he already put Tatsuo through the water works twice today.

Tatsuo would wait until Talic was done talking before doing much. Tatsuo had finished eating not long after he had finished talking.

"I have some business to attend to tonight, anyway. I appreciate everything here. Now, let me cover your concerns. Even if that fella gets out; it's always a risk. People 'oughta be ready for that type of thing. On the passing the graduation thing? You'll be fine."  Tatsuo would say, before getting up and brushing off his clothing. Tatsuo would then place the bag of money that had been by his side onto the table.

"I live at [insert address here]. You can find me there."

Tatsuo would walk away, now. Had to do some chores that he had been avoiding until now; and his parents wouldn't be home for about an hour so he may just be safe.

Talic nodding towards Tatsuo as he said he had to leave. He understood and was slightly sad but the day did have to come to an end at some point. This just means he gets to continue on in the morning and find more ways to improve upon himself.

Talic would leave the bag of ryo on the table and begin to head towards the exit and look towards the man who served them their meal. "Go a head and keep the change. Grandma said to treat myself and company and as far as I am concerned means treating the staff as well." Talic smiling as he leave hearing the thank yous and such that would follow.

Talic would then head back to the manor to call it a day. After all he has plenty of things that need to be done tomorrow morning.
